A closer look at Candy Rain
There's plenty going on in this one! Curving ribbons, big red circles, little dots and drips, with colour running right across the painting.
The full view shows how it all fits together, but have a look at the close-up too. There are lots of smaller marks you can miss at first.

Three faces in line
Three faces, each with its own expression, drawn in fine lines over soft washes of colour. They make a quieter group alongside some of my brighter paintings.

A closer look at The Lane
A change from the abstracts: a motorcycle on a winding road, with stone walls, trees and hills around it.
There's quite a lot to look at beyond the bike. The road curves away into the landscape, with the walls leading your eye through the painting.

A heart across two canvases
This was a commission for two sisters, with one moving away. They wanted something they could each hang in their own home, with a connection between the two pieces.
The idea was a continuous heart across both canvases. Together they make one picture, but each also works on its own. I loved how personal the idea was.

The big green disco ball
I shared this one as Top of the World: a green disco ball with mixed media and little raised patches of gold leaf. There are drips, splashes and lots of different greens to have a look at up close.
